At Dreams In Motion Dance Studio, we believe dance is about more than just movement. It's about community, building trust, leaning on and learning from each other and fostering the spirit of self-discovery within each of our dancers. ​ We offer a home to all dancers. From the beginning recreational dancer to the competitive dancer. We have a place for everyone. ​ As a local company, we want to help grow our community and support dance in the Hampton Roads area and beyond. ​ As a welcoming family, we want our dancers to have fun, build lifelong friendships, feel truly valued, and enjoy the space to discover their passions through movement.

We are the oldest gym in the tidewater area, and have been home to NFL and NBA players, Olympic lifting champs, pro-wrestlers, powerlifters, bodybuilders, and even a world champion arm wrestler. We have helped our members lose hundreds of pounds, get in shape for military service and schools. Prepared others for collegiate sports including wrestling, track and field, football, basketball, tennis and more! We may not be the prettiest gym around, and we may not have the fancy pants equipment, but we do have over 50 years of experience and tradition, and most of all, we know how to get the job done!

PAC offers instruction in ballet, tap, jazz, hiphop, pointe, musical theater, contemporary and modern dance from September through June. PAC offers summer dance classes for all ages in July and holds registration for fall classes in August.

InZane Fitness is a personal training facility that builds the minds and bodies of individuals. The purpose of this training facility is to get members to realize there own potential all the while building there self esteem and health and obtaining an awesome physique in the process.
