Heads up, neighbors. Emergency water main work is scheduled along Jefferson Ave, from Ft. Eustis Blvd to Shields Rd, running Thursday night into Friday morning. Expect a full outage from 11 pm Thursday to around 6:30 am Friday. The City says the repair can’t wait, delaying it risks a bigger break later.
