As the founder of Second Breath LLC, Rosa teaches CPR, First Aid, Basic Life Support, mental health awareness, and other life-saving skills that give people the confidence to act when every second counts.
Her journey began in 2002 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Over the years, she earned an Associate's degree, a Bachelor's degree, and a Master's degree while continuing to serve others. Today, she works as a 988 crisis responder, substitute teacher, and Mental Health First Aid instructor.
