Middle and high school students invited to attend the Virginia Neptunes' 'Beyond the Ribbon' event |
The Hampton Roads Community Action Program (HRCAP) is extending an invitation to middle and high school students to attend the upcoming 'Beyond the Ribbon: Cancer Awareness Game' featuring the Virginia Neptunes Basketball Team.
This special event is scheduled for Saturday, January 24, at 2 p.m., and will take place at Peninsula Catholic High School, located at 600 Harpersville Road in Newport News.
Admission is free for students, but advance registration is required.
During the registration process, students should select 'Other' as their organization and input the name of their school.
It's important to note that transportation will not be provided.
Therefore, students must arrange for drop-off and pick-up by a parent or guardian.
Additionally, a concession stand will be available during the game, so students may bring money to purchase snacks or drinks.
For more information or any questions, please contact monique.moore@hrcapinc.org.
This initiative is part of HRCAP's commitment to providing youth with engaging and safe community experiences, while also promoting awareness and support for cancer-related causes.
Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy an exciting basketball game and support a meaningful cause. |
